How long does it take to receive my item?

At PriDesign, we carefully select your item from one of the many online sellers we buy from around the world, and the item is delivered from the same seller. Therefore, the delivery time can vary from 4 days to 3 weeks, with most customers receiving their items within 1-2 weeks. If you have received a tracking number from us, you can also follow the progress of your shipment. PriDesign is currently working on reducing delivery times.

Can I sell my clothes or accessories to you?

At the moment, we do not purchase clothes or accessories from private individuals as we aim to keep our prices as low as possible. In the future, we will develop a better system for those who want to sell.

The item I want is already sold, will you get it back in stock?

We often have the ability to search for the specific item you want (or a similar one) and add it to the website directly. Just email us at "info@pridesign.se" or message us on Instagram.

How do I know the item is authentic?

We guarantee you this or your money back. We go through many careful steps to certify the authenticity and have done so since 2017.
